Common Questions

Things people usually ask us

How long does a mechanical movement service take?
Most standard movement services take between 10 and 14 working days. This accounts for the disassembly, cleaning, parts sourcing if needed, reassembly, and multi-day timing runs. We'd rather take the time than cut corners. You'll be kept updated if anything unexpected comes up.
Do you service all watch brands?
We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic watches from most Swiss and Japanese manufacturers, as well as vintage pieces. If you have a particularly complex movement or a very rare model, please contact us first and we'll let you know honestly whether it's within our scope.
What happens if parts need replacing?
We'll contact you with a clear explanation of which components need replacing and why, along with the cost. Nothing is ordered or fitted without your agreement first. If you decide not to proceed, we can reassemble the watch as-found and return it to you.
Is my watch insured while it's with you?
Your piece is kept in our secure premises for the full duration of the service. We handle every watch with the same level of attention regardless of its monetary or sentimental value. For high-value pieces, we recommend discussing this with us when you drop off — we're happy to answer any concerns directly.
Can I get just a visual inspection without a full service?
Yes. If you're unsure what your watch needs, bring it in and we'll take a look. An initial inspection lets us give you an honest assessment of the watch's condition and recommend the right service — without any obligation to proceed.
How do I know the pricing before I commit?
Our service rates are fixed and listed clearly — ฿3,600 for mechanical servicing, ฿5,800 for crystal and case restoration, and ฿7,900 for the Heritage Overhaul Package. If additional parts are required, you'll be informed and asked to approve the cost before we proceed.
